Our Pre-Professional Training Program prepares our most skilled students to handle any repertoire at their highest ability and gets them ready for a career in a professional company. Students train more than 26 hours per week and participate in national and international dance competitions.
Many of our students have brought home top accolades from prestigious competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix (YAGP), Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), United States of America International Ballet Competition (USAIBC) and the American Dance Competition. Two of our students have recently competed in the Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland. Our students have also won scholarships at The Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, and the Paris Opera Ballet. To further prepare our students for a professional dance career, we actively seek opportunities to participate in dance performances throughout the country.
